Preheat the oven for 10 minutes in 180 degree C
In a mixing bowl mix all purpose flour, powder sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt by sieving.
In another bowl beat the eggs and then mix the butter and essence in it.
Now mix together the dry ingredients and wet ingredients gently and so that no lumps forms.
Grease a baking pan with butter and dust some all purpose flour in it.
Now Pour the cake batter in it and microwave it for 10-15 minutes in 240 degrees. The temperature may vary in different ovens. May require less or more time to bake. Check the cake after 10 minutes by inserting a tooth pick if it comes out clean and then your cake is ready.
Let it cool in a rack for some time.
Now melt a cup of dairy milk chocolate in a double bowl heat. Put a bowl of water in heat and place another bowl with the chocolates over it and melt them.
Pour the melted chocolate along with the crushed nuts over the cake and with a spoon spread it. Place the cherries over it and serve.
